Stillwater Students Continue to Outperform Peers on ACT Test

More Stillwater Area High School students took the ACT test in 2010-2011, and together they earned higher composite scores than any other time in the school’s history.

A total of 556 Stillwater students took the test; 34 more students than took the test last year. With a composite score of 24.1, our students once again scored higher than both the state (22.9) and
national (21.1) averages.

The ACT is a college admissions and placement test that measures students’ knowledge in the areas of English, mathematics, reading and science.
