Screening Information
Students will be screened in the following grades:
- Vision - 1, 3, 5, 7
- Hearing - Upon parent or teacher request
- Scoliosis - Upon parent or teacher request
- If a student does not pass the vision or hearing screening procedure according to the Minnesota Department of Health standards, a physician referral notice will be sent to the parent.
