Student Support Services manages, monitors and evaluates educational services to learners from Early Childhood to K-12 with special needs or who may be "at risk" of school failure. This department collaborates with and supports classroom teachers, parents, community organizations and resources to serve children and families. Efforts embrace the needs of students with disabilities, students for whom English is a second language, learners with mild reading problems or delays, and "at risk" youth who find greater opportunities to success outside traditional classrooms.
