Summer Information

Summer and School Year 2013-2014 registration opens on February 12, 2013. Register early and save!

The Adventure Club and Spin summer program is open to children entering grades K-7 for the following school year.

Registrations received by April 24, 2013 will be guaranteed enrollment and assigned a discounted registration fee of $36.00 per child!  After this date, registrations may be placed on a waiting list and will be accepted on a space available basis. Effective April 25, 2013, registrations will be charged a fee of $56.00 per child.

Your registration fee(s) are non-refundable

Our Summer Contract is based on the days you need care.  Families are presented with the dates that our summer program is available at the time of registration.  Mark the box next to the dates you will need care when registering. We are not able to issue credit for days missed, regardless of the reason (i.e. illness, vacation, change in plans, etc.).

Summer Contract Changes will be accepted at no cost through May 15, 2013.  After this grace period we will not accept subtractions from your summer contract.  You can add additional days of care by contacting your site leader, and subsequently completing a Summer Contract Change form.

Vacation credit does not apply to the summer program.

Summer Sites:

Students in Adventure Club and Spin will spend the bulk of their summer months at one location. However, from August 12th to the 23rd, students will be moved to a different location to accomodate the needs of the district custodial staff as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Please be advised that families who register before 4/23/2013 will be given priority for placement at these sites. Beginning 4/24/2013, these sites will have a wait list.

Summer Sites

June 13- August 9: Rutherford (gr. 1-4), Stillwater Jr. High (gr. 3-7), and the Early Childhood Family Center (gr. K-2)

*August 12-23: Andersen (gr. K-7), Lake Elmo (gr. K-7), Stonebridge (gr. K-7)

Summer sites are subject to a minimum enrollment requirement.  If any of the summer sites are unable to secure sufficient enrollment by April 25, we will ask the affected families to select an alternate site.
