After you have registered for Adventure Club or Spin you may wish to make changes to your contract. All changes to your schedule must be received in writing. Verbal communication is insufficient and may not be honored. The following will provide you with a brief description of the various forms used to communicate your needs. Monthly Contract Calendar (school year only)
This contract accommodates families with schedules that change weekly. You must choose the Monthly Contract when you register and then complete a “Monthly Contract Calendar” which is submitted to the Bookkeeper. Each calendar must be received in the business office by the 15th of the previous month.

Vacation Request (school year only)
Vacation credit is for non-use of service. To receive vacation credit, you must be on a “Regular Contract” schedule. Submit a Vacation Request form before your vacation begins. Sorry… vacation time cannot be substituted for absence. You may receive one day of credit per child for each day you are contracted in a one-week period. Credit will be given AFTER the vacation dates. Vacation credit does not apply to the summer program.

Contract Change and Withdrawal
Summer and school year contract changes will be accepted up to one month prior to the first day of the program, at no cost. After this grace period the terms and conditions below will go into effect.
School Year (Care Changes and Withdrawal)
To change your contract and bill, you must submit a Contract Change form at least one week prior to the effective date of change. A $10 fee will be charged to your account. You are responsible for tuition according to the old contract until the change goes into effect.
2013-2014 School Year Contract Changes will be accepted until August 7, 2013 at no additional cost.

To change your contract, you must submit a contract change form (see below). You will be charged a $10 processing fee. Please remember the following information when making changes:
- Adding Days: After the initial enrollment period, days may be added on a space available basis. Additional days of care will be charged at your established rate.
- Subtracting Days: You are allowed to remove days from your contract up to one month prior to the start of the summer program. Following this grace period, we are unable to remove dates from your contract.
