The Partnership Plan (TPP) mission is to provide resources to enrich, enhance and engage the educational experience of Stillwater Area Public School (MN) students.

Founded in 1989, The Partnership Plan, is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is composed of community members, parents and school district representatives. In more than two decades, The Partnership Plan has raised and invested over $4.5 million in Stillwater public schools, money focused solely on enhancing the educational experience of thousands of students. Additionally, nearly $1 million has been dedicated to the establishment and long-term growth of seven endowments through collaboration with the St. Croix Valley Foundation.

The Partnership Plan is funded primarily through generous tax-deductible contributions from individuals, businesses and community organizations. Significant funds are also received through foundation grants. Annual events such as The DaVinci Fest - our signature program event--the Jeans & Jewels Gala, and the Stillwater Summer Stair Stomp are all designed to raise funds and bring the community together in support of academic excellence. The DaVinci fest this year celebrated its largest participation yet with more than 3,000 attendees perusing 60 exhibits plus the science and art creations of more than 700 students.

The Partnership Plan operates independently from Stillwater School District 834. It works with District 834 as a supporting partner, augmenting the rich tradition of academic excellence and educational opportunities possible in the Stillwater Area Public Schools.
