ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING NON-PUBLIC AND CHARTER SCHOOLS IN GRADES K-12

Transportation registration is required for all Stillwater Area High School students, and all non-public and charter school students. Failure to submit a transportation form constitutes “voluntary waiver” of transportation and students will not be assigned a bus.  If a situation changes for a family at any time during the school year, contact the Transportation Department and we will add students back on a route within three – five business days.

STUDENTS ATTENDING STILLWATER AREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS GRADES K-9

Transportation will be assigned to all eligible students K-9 attending Stillwater Area Public School.  Families that are not going to use busing are asked to decline district transportation for the 2011/2012 school year.  If a situation changes for a family at any time during the school year, contact the Transportation Department and we will add students back on a route within three – five business days.


Note:  Data can be typed into the below forms, but the freeware program, Acrobat Reader, does not save the data.  Please print the form, sign it, and mail, deliver in person, or fax to Benjamin Davis at Stillwater Area Public Schools.  It is not possible to email the form using Acrobat Reader as it will send a blank form.
