During the recent budget adjustment process, everything that we do has been placed under a microscope. This has resulted in finding more efficiencies and encouraging the school district to not only think about doing things differently, but also to better meet the needs of our students, families and schools. With this in mind several changes are now in the works for the next school year.
As the cultural demographics of our schools change, we must recognize that the strategies and instructional patterns that worked in less diverse populations now need to be broadened to fit the increasing multiplicity of cultures in our schools.
The Minnesota Reading Corps (MRC) is seeking two part-time and one full-time preschool literacy tutor to work in preschool classrooms throughout the Stillwater Area Public Schools.
Eight Stillwater Area High School Technology Education students, with the help of advisors and other physics and technology students, competed in the 24th annual MTEEA Supermileage Challenge on May 14 and 15 at Brainerd International Raceway.
